洛氏普雷沃氏菌的概论及操作说明

一、概述
普雷沃氏菌（Prevotella）是正常寄生于人体的条件致病菌，一般情况下只引起寄生部位的感染，偶尔可迁移到身体其他部位引起感染，形成脓肿。
二、微生物学
普雷沃氏菌是从拟杆菌属分出的新菌属，至今已有 50 多个种，包括洛氏普雷沃氏菌（Prevotella loescheii）、产黑普雷沃氏菌、中间普雷沃氏菌和双路普雷沃氏菌等。普雷沃氏菌呈革兰阴性短球杆菌，专性厌氧菌。洛氏普雷沃氏菌属于条件致病菌，常定植于人的口腔、直肠和生殖道黏膜，当机体抵抗力下降，尤其在接受侵袭性操作后或长期处于免疫抑制状态下，内源性感染几率会显著增加。
作为一种厌氧菌，普雷沃氏菌很难分离，需要合适的方法进行样本收集、转运和培养。当怀疑普雷沃氏菌异位感染时，需仔细询问既往史，进行合适的辅助检查，以明确特定的感染途径。宏基因二代测序技术对厌氧菌感染的病原体评估较培养更敏感、更快捷，在厌氧菌感染的精准化诊断方面具有一定优势。
