Autoclave at 121C for 15 minutes. Supplement the above with:
Normal horse serum (unheated).................10.0 ml
Urea (10% solution)*...........................0.25 ml
Glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine (6HL Calbiochem)*...2.0 mcg
*Filter-sterilized. Adjust pH to 6.0.
