ATCC medium: 1377 Haemophilus ducreyi medium
Columbia Blood Agar Base (BD 279240)....44.0 g
Distilled water........................675.0 ml
Autoclave basal medium 121C for 15 minutes.
Cool to 50C and aseptically add the following:
Fresh Yeast Extract (Flow 30-003-49)....25.0 ml
Rabbit blood...........................300.0 ml
Adjust completed medium to pH 6.5 - 7.0.
