Adjust each component to pH 7.5 and autoclave at 121?C. Mix the three components aseptically and tube under 97% N2 and 3% H2. Tube while warm to exclude as much oxygen as possible. Sterilize by Filtration 5% Ferrous Ammonium Sulfate, Fe(NH4)2(SO4)2; Biologist will add 0.1 ml to 5.0 ml of medium prior to inoculation. *****Note: Ferrous Ammonium Sulfate solution is optional and should not be added unless specified.
