传播程序
1.根据随附的说明打开解冻的小瓶或访问www.atcc.org获取说明。
2.将整个内容物无菌转移到56mL#73肉汤管中。可以通过将0.5mL初级肉汤管转移到这些次级管来接种另外的试管。
3.使用几滴初级肉汤管接种#73平板和/或#73琼脂斜面。
4.在26°C下孵育3天。
