传播程序
1.根据随附的说明打开样品瓶。
2.从单个试管（5至6ml）中取出0.5ml推荐的肉汤，并将整个小瓶内容物再水化。
3.将该等分试样无菌转移回肉汤管中。 另外的肉汤和斜管可以从初始肉汤管各接种0.3ml。 可以使用每板0.1ml初始培养液接种琼脂平板。
4.在26oC下孵育管和板。
5.孵育约7天后，通过发酵液中的浊度和琼脂表面上的菌落，生长应该是明显的。
