NaCl.........................1.0 g
Distilled water.............90.0 ml
Dispense 1.0 ml per 16 X 125 mm screw-capped test tube and autoclave for 25 minutes at 121C.
Cool and add 1.0 ml defibrinated lysed rabbit blood solution (1:1 whole rabbit blood to sterile distilled water, frozen and thawed twice).
