ATCC Medium 1065 (see below) with 10.0 mcg/ml tetracycline Prepare a filter-sterilized solution of tetracycline and aseptically add enough of it to the sterile basal medium to achieve the stated concentration.

Autoclave at 121C for 15 minutes.
