ATCC medium: 103 Soybean agar
White soybeans.......100.0 g
Distilled water........1.0 L
Soak beans overnight. Autoclave one hour at 121C.
Filter broth through cotton. Measure broth and add 1.5% agar. Autoclave at 121C for 15 minutes.
