ATCC medium: 248 PPLO broth without CV (pH 7.8) with inactivated horse serum
Prepare PPLO Broth w/o CV (BD 255420) per manufacturer’s instructions. Aseptically add 200.0 ml of inactivated horse serum to the sterile basal medium.
