Distilled water..................990.0 ml
Adjust medium for final pH 6.8. Autoclave at 121C for 15 minutes.
Potato Decoction:
Diced potato..........20.0 g
Distilled water........1.0 L
Boil for 30 minutes; filter out potato and return volume of liquid to 1.0 L.
