Sodium lactate (60% solution).....15.0 g

Sodium thioglycollate..............0.75 g

Tween 80...........................1.0 g

Glucose............................1.0 g

Distilled water....................1.0 L

Adjust pH to 7.5 with solid K2CO3.

Autoclave at 121C for 15 minutes.
