ATCC medium: 1919 Marine Agar 2216 or Marine Broth 2216 with biphenyl
Prepare Marine Agar 2216 (BD 212185) or Marine Broth 2216 (BD 279110) according to manufacturer’s instructions. Add a few crystals of biphenyl or naphthalene to tubes or plates of Marine Agar or Broth.
