Trace Elements Solution SL-10(see below).5.00 ml

Tungstate (0.1mM)........................0.30 ml

Na2CO3 ..................................10.60 g

NaHCO3 ...................................4.20 g

Prepare the medium anaerobically under a steady stream of 100% N2. pH the medium to 9.8. Autoclave separately and anaerobically stock solutions of Na2CO3 and NaHCO3.

Add 0.1 ml of the following stock solutions to 10.0 ml of the base media just before inoculation. These solutions should be filter sterilized.
