ATCC Medium 814 (see below) with 5 mcg/ml chloramphenicol, 5 mcg/ml tetracycline, and 10 mcg/ml ampicillin

Solution A:
Agar.....................................5.0 g
GC Agar Base (BD 212307)................36.0 g
Distilled water........................500.0 ml
Solution B:
Dried Bovine Hemoglobin (BD 211871).....10.0 g
Distilled water........................500.0 ml
Solution C:
IsoVitalex Enrichment (BD 211876).......10.0 ml
Autoclave Solutions A and B separately at 121C for 15 minutes. Cool to 50C. Aseptically add Solution B to Solution A. Mix very well. Rehydrate IsoVitalex Enrichment according to package instructions and add aseptically to medium. Mix well.
