Solution A: Peptone......................5.0 g
Yeast extract................5.0 g
K2HPO4 .......................1.0 g
MgSO4 . 7H2O .................0.2 g
Soluble starch..............20.0 g
Agar........................15.0 g
Water......................900.0 ml
Solution B:
10% Na2CO3 solution ........100.0 ml
Autoclave the solutions separately at 115C for 15 minutes, then mix Solutions A and B.
