ATCC medium: 335 Potato carrot agar
Potatoes....................20.0 g
Carrots.....................20.0 g
Agar........................15.0 g
Distilled water..............1.0 L
Dice potatoes and carrots and cook in water for 1/2 hour. Strain through cheesecloth and add agar to filtrate. Autoclave at 121C for 15 minutes.
