形态特征
化能异养；嗜温；趋酸；兼性厌氧。5Be′麦芽汁琼脂30℃培养3天，菌落圆形，米黄色，褶皱，边缘毛状，质干，5-7mm。细胞单个，卵形、腊肠形, 2.1-3.6×3.4-12µm。有真、假菌丝。无性繁殖方式为多边芽殖。不发酵葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、D-半乳糖、海藻糖、棉子糖；不同化麦芽糖、蔗糖、D-半乳糖、海藻糖、D-松三糖、纤维二糖、D-木糖、阿东醇、D-山梨醇、棉子糖、蜜二糖、L-山梨糖、D-柳醇、硝酸钾。能分解脂肪。
