菌种特性
海分枝杆菌,细胞圆球状,在直角两个平面交替分裂形成四联状,一般细胞成对生,单生者罕见,不成链状排列。革兰氏阳性,不运动,兼性厌氧。在MRS培养基上菌落小,呈白色。沿洋菜穿刺线的生长物呈丝状。接触酶阴性,不产细胞色素。功用产酸,菌群,维持肠道微生态平衡。在动物体内对病原微生物有颉颃作用,可竞争性地抑制病原微生物,,产生有益的代谢产物,激活酸性蛋白酶的活性,参与机体的,防止有害物质产生。
使用方法
直接加入配合饲料中或先按一定倍数稀释后,再加入饲料中混匀。也可预先活化后再发酵饲料或直接供动物饮用。具体用量参考产品使用说明。
注意事项
产品仅用于科研实验储存时,提高水分含量则菌群活力。高温制粒时,必须对产品进行包被处理。不饱和脂肪酸对乳酸片球菌具有颉颃作用,配合日粮中添加乳酸片球菌,应尽量避免与添加的油脂直接接触。饲料中的钙也会明显影响乳酸片球菌的活性。
