马链球菌Grouping strain C74
( 一)形态与染色
革兰阳性球菌，呈单个或成双排列。
( 二) 培养特性
在血琼脂平板上35℃培养18 ~24 h ，形成较小、凸起、圆形、β溶血的灰白色菌落。
( 三) 生化反应
触酶试验阴性，分解葡萄糖和蔗糖，不分解乳糖、甘露醇、棉子糖、水杨苷和山梨醇，精氨酸水解酶试验阳性，七叶苷、PYR 、CAMP 试验阴性，6.5% NaCl 肉汤不生长。
( 四)鉴别要点
1.本菌特征革兰阳性球菌，单个、成双或链状排列，菌落较小，有β溶血环，触酶和CAMP、七叶苷试验阴性，6.5% NaCl 肉汤不生长。
2. 与化脓性链球菌和无乳链球菌的鉴别 三者菌落均为β溶血，无乳链球菌CAMP 试验阳性，而马链球菌和化脓性链球菌则为阴性。化脓性链球菌与马链球菌间的区别在于前者PYR 试验阳性，后者则阴性。
