阿木吉氏链霉菌孢子卵圆形、长圆形，表面光滑。菌落无色。不产生类黑色素。气丝白色。葡萄糖克氏合成1号琼脂：气丝白色。基丝无色。在大部分培养基内无可溶色素。葡糖天冬素琼脂：气丝白色、白秸草色。基丝无色。淀粉铵盐琼脂：气丝白色。基丝无色，有时略微黄棕色。肉汤蛋白胨琼脂：无气丝。基丝无色。马铃薯琼脂：气丝白色。基丝略微棕色。明胶液化弱。牛奶不凝固但胨化。淀粉水解弱。纤维素上生长弱。不产生类黑色素、酪氨酸酶。
