       吸水链霉菌浑圆亚种用于实验和科研检测用,属于菌株类孢子丝2—3圈松敞螺旋形。孢子椭圆形,表面光滑。蔗糖硝酸盐琼脂:无气丝。基丝好,反面柠檬黄色。可溶色素金丝雀黄色。葡糖天冬素琼脂:气丝丰茂,粉状,暗淡灰色,吸水。基丝反面金色。可溶色素乳脂色。甘油天冬素琼脂:气丝丰茂,粉状,米色,吸水。基丝好,反面金色。可溶色素淡黄色。无机盐淀粉琼脂:气丝丰茂,粉状,暗淡灰色,吸水。基丝好,反面暗淡金色。可溶色素浅柠檬灰色。酵母精麦芽精琼脂:气丝粉状,暗淡苍色或白色。基丝好,皱,反面浅麦色。可溶色素蜜金色。燕麦粉琼脂:气丝丰茂,粉状,米色,吸水。基丝反面浅米色。可溶色素蜜金色。酪氨酸琼脂:气丝丰茂,粉状,暗淡灰色。基丝好,皱,反面金色。可溶色素蜜金色。营养琼脂:无气丝。基丝反面黄彩色。无可溶色素。明胶不液化。牛奶不凝固但胨化。淀粉水解。纤维素不分解。硝酸盐不还原。耐NaCl≥7%,<10%。生长温度15—42℃;适温28—30℃。生长pH4.5一10.5;最适pH6.5—8.5。利用D-葡萄糖、L-阿拉伯糖、D-木糖、D-果糖、蔗糖、L-鼠李糖、棉子糖、肌醇、甘露醇。产生糖苷肽抗生素OA-7653,近似万古霉素(vancomycin),抑制革兰氏阳性细菌、分枝杆菌;毒性很低,抑制细菌细胞壁肽聚糖的合成。
