传播程序
1.按照随附的说明打开样品瓶。
2.从＃3肉汤（5至6 ml）的单管中，用巴斯德或1.0 ml移液管取出约0.5至1.0 ml。 用它来补充整个颗粒。
3.将该等分试样无菌转移回肉汤管中。 好好混合。
4.使用几滴悬浮液接种琼脂斜面和/或平板。
5.将管和板在30℃下孵育48至72小时。

Propagation Procedure
1.Open vial according to the enclosed instructions.
2.From a single tube of #3 broth (5 to 6 ml), withdraw approximately 0.5 to 1.0 ml with a Pasteur or 1.0 ml pipette. Use this to rehydrate the entire pellet.
3.Aseptically transfer this aliquot back into the broth tube. Mix well.
4.Use several drops of the suspension to inoculate an agar slant and/or plate.
5.Incubate the tubes and plate at 30oC for 48 to 72 hours.
注意事项
1、菌种常规培养时间：细菌1-2天，酵母3天，霉菌5-7天，大型真菌 7-10天。
2、菌种恢复培养前，建议将收到的菌种安瓿保存在6-10°C的环境下，某些菌种经过冷冻干燥保存后处于休眠状态，延迟期较长，如在说明建议的培养时间还未长起来，请继续在相应的环境下多培养24小时或者更长时间，直至菌种培养完成，有的菌种需要连续两次继代培养才能正常生长，一般来说菌种培养稳定后才能用于您的后续实验。
3、初次使用时请严格按照本说明书推荐条件和操作步骤进行复活培养，如使用其它类型培养基或培养条件造成菌种不活等损失，我单位不负责任。
4、恢复培养厌氧菌时，在操作过程中应严格控制厌氧条件：制作培养基时，应使用厌氧螺口试管，并利用高纯氮气去除试管和培养基中的氧气，使用者应保证菌种的安全存储和操作，带菌废弃物应高压灭菌处理后丢弃。
