传播程序
1.根据随附的说明打开样品瓶。
2.使用单管＃44肉汤（5至6 ml），用巴斯德或1.0 ml移液管取出约0.5至1.0 ml。 将整个颗粒再水化。
3.将该等分试样无菌转移回肉汤管中。 好好混合。
4.使用几滴悬浮液接种＃260琼脂斜面和/或平板。
5.将管和板在37℃下孵育24至72小时。
