成长条件
温度：37.0°C
根据随附的说明打开样品瓶。
使用单管＃3肉汤（5至6 ml），用巴斯德或1.0 ml移液管取出约0.5至1.0 ml。 将整个颗粒再水化。
将该等分试样无菌转移回肉汤管中。 好好混合。
使用几滴悬浮液接种第二管肉汤，斜面和/或平板。
将所有管和板在37℃下孵育24小时。
