Autoclave Solution A at 116oC.
Solution B
Tomato Juice…………………………………….100 ml
Yeast Extract…………………………………….5.0 g
DI Water…………………………………………100 ml
Centrifuge tomato juice and use supernatant.
Autoclave Solution B at 121oC.
Combine A and B aseptically. Adjust to pH 7.0.
