ATCC medium: 1876 Nutrient broth or agar with rifampicin 

Prepare Nutrient Broth (BD 234000) or Nutrient Agar (BD 213000) per manufacturer’s instructions; autoclave at 121C for 15 minutes, cool to 50C, and add aseptically 0.01 g of rifampicin.
