三、形态特征
非模式菌株。土壤微生物资源调查及分类学研究。孢子丝直。孢子柱形,表面光滑。在蔗糖-硝酸盐培养基上基内菌丝无色至浅粉橙色,气丝极稀少,粉白色。无可溶性色素。明胶液化缓慢,淀粉水解因菌株而异,牛奶不凝固、不胨化。硝酸盐还原阳性。纤维素上不生长,不产生黑色素。利用葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、鼠李糖、果糖、蔗糖、肌醇、甘露醇以及半乳糖、乳糖、甘露糖、麦芽糖、甘油等为唯一碳源。细胞壁含meso-DAP。
